Collaboration and Communication Logomania is committed to delivering high-quality logo and branding design services within the agreed deadlines. A successful collaboration relies on honest, detailed, and prompt exchanges. Any approval of services or deliverables is considered final, and no further revisions will be accepted after such approval.
Design Process All logos are original creations, specifically designed for each client. Final files are delivered in multiple digital formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF). Copyright and usage rights are fully transferred to the client upon final payment.
Originality of Creations Logomania guarantees that all designs are unique and not based on any templates, pre-designed elements, or stock graphics.
Support and Communication Due to the nature of our services and high volume of orders, support is provided exclusively via email. No phone support is available.
Start of Service Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment and a completed form from the client.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Once full payment is received, the client obtains:
Full ownership of the logo design
All related intellectual property rights
The right to register the design as a trademark
Full freedom for commercial and non-commercial use
The right to modify or adapt the design Logomania waives all rights to the final design upon full payment.
Refund Policy Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of design services, no refunds are possible. All sales are final once work has begun.
Logomania's Obligations Logomania provides its services according to its internal policies and procedures. We reserve the right to decline an order without obligation to justify the decision. Logomania may modify its rules, prices, and offers at any time. Clients will be informed of changes affecting their current orders.
Fees and Payment Fees for services must be paid in full and in advance. Payment validates the order and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Cancellation is only possible if the onboarding form has not yet been completed.
Intellectual Property and Use of Logos Upon project completion and receipt of full payment, the client obtains:
Exclusive ownership of the final design
The right to use the design on all media and formats (print, digital, etc.)
The ability to modify or adapt the design without restriction Logomania reserves the right to include the created designs in its portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Limitation of Liability Logomania is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
Confidentiality and Data Protection Logomania is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by the client. This information will be used solely to perform the services and will not be shared with third parties without prior authorization, except when legally required. Client data is securely stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Dispute Resolution Billed fees are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days. Any dispute suspends all credits, refunds, and account processing. Negotiation is preferred over conflict. Even if the client prevails, we reserve the right to pursue legal action for the disputed amount plus associated costs.
